Kerry and Zoie

November 17, 2016
This morning I had the pleasure of talking to Kerry and Zoie. Zoie started talking to me before I even left my house. When I was choosing what clothes to wear I heard Zoie suggest strongly that I wear the light pink T-shirt from my pink T-shirt selection. Then she added I should wear the green sweatshirt overtop. It was cold out today and I really dislike the cold so the sweatshirt was a great idea. I thought I could wear a different green shirt but when I put it on, it had a weird smell, like sweat. Ugh, that is not good! Even though I’d washed it, it had a strange smell which was odd. I pulled off the smelly shirt, threw it in the laundry basket and put on the green one Zoie had suggested I wear. Better she said and then she relaxed.
On the drive over to Zoie’s house I had a great idea I’d never thought of before. I could offer readings at dog’s birthday parties. Neat I thought and filed it away in my ideas mental folder.
When I arrived at Kerry and Zoie’s house, Zoie greeted me at the door with some excited barking, and then she smelled me and retreated. Kerry apologized and told me to ignore Zoie. I suggested that she just let Zoie do what she wanted to do and I would ignore Zoie. It’s what I usually do for dogs when I come for an onsite session.
We settled in their sitting room, a really comfy room with lots of big comfy chairs. Zoie sat at Kerry’s feet. Clearly Zoie wanted to be a part of this session. Kerry said that Zoie had been waiting minutes before I arrived. It’s like she knew you were coming. Oh yes she knew I replied. She started talking to me when I was choosing my clothing this morning. I shared what I’d heard Zoie tell me to wear this morning. I explained that sometimes animals do this to test me, to see if I am really listening and following their instructions. I always follow their directions except for the green shirt this morning but was redirected so that was all good for Zoie. Clearly she was in charge.
As we began the session, I explained about how I began to offer animal communication services. This information is offered on my About Me page on my website if you haven’t heard the story. After the introduction that Zoie had urged I offer to Kerry, we started in on Zoie’s explanation of what was going on with her. She had a list of suggestions for Kerry. Zoie said that she wanted filtered water please. Kerry was surprised. Then she explained that request made sense because Zoie often wanted to drink the water Kerry had in her glass. Kerry drank filtered water from the dispenser on their fridge. Zoie wanted the same water. Then Zoie switched the topic to food. No raw food please she said. I shared this but knew Zoie wasn’t happy with the recent switch to raw. Even though Zoie requested no raw, her body really did need the switch. She was extremely sensitive to the additives in kibble. Her body reacted to the time she’d consumed dry food. The additives in it made her body heavy and sore. She really liked her new thinner body. She said at first the switch to raw made her feel awful. I explained it was because her body was detoxing and that would cause those awful feelings. It made her gassy too, Zoie explained. Kerry laughed and said that Zoie would go up the stairs and let one go, and then come back down. Zoie did not want to share her flatulence.
Zoie shared that she was extremely sensitive and did not like chemicals, whether it was a chemical based perfume or chemical cleaners. She liked to lick things and if there were chemicals there, it made her tongue feel strange like there was fuzz on it. Zoie requested that Kerry use natural cleaners and even make sure that the perfume Kerry wore come from natural sources. When I was getting ready, Zoie made sure I did not wear any scent, not even scented hair products. I was allowed to put my leave in conditioner though. The scent of it would not upset her extremely sensitive nose.
I shared with Kerry the dog birthday party idea that came to me when I was driving over. She laughed and said that she’d had a birthday party for Zoie with family celebrating Zoie’s birthday. We even let her sit at the table during meals Kerry explained. She added, Zoie feels like she is a person and is one of us. After we discussed the birthday party idea I knew that the idea was Zoie’s and not mine at all!
Zoie is a miniature schnauzer. During her session she shared that she honored her breed and was really happy that Kerry took such great care of her coat, having her groomed and making sure that Zoie was happy and healthy.
Zoie did have one issue though. She had a bit of a problem of not being able to hold her urine in. Kerry shared that at one time she had to work long hours and teach courses. During that time Zoie was left alone longer than usual and felt that she couldn’t hold her urine that long. She peed on the carpet and was quite embarrassed that it had happened. After that she said that sometimes she could not hold it in. She wanted Kerry to know that if she did make a mistake she was not doing it out of spite. She wanted help from a distance healing so I connected with her later in the day to check in and send the healing at that time. Zoie said it felt really good when she was receiving the healing. She asked for a follow up healing in a day or two.
Zoie loved Kerry and Kerry adored Zoie. Clearly these two were meant to be together. Zoie did request that Kerry get her a friend, a female miniature schnauzer that looked just like her. She wanted a companion to play with. Kerry shared that she had been thinking about getting Zoie a friend. These two were on the same wavelength. Today’s communication session helped Zoie have a voice and enabled Kerry to talk with her beautiful four-legged friend.
