Transitioning

Picture

I’ve wanted to write about transitioning for quite a while now. Transitioning is when someone is on the verge of crossing over, passing on, moving into the light. Death is what I am writing about.

For any of you who have ever had an NDE or near death experience you will understand me when I say that death is nothing to fear. I had an NDE when I was in my early 20’s. I was on an inner tube in a creek when my tube hit a log jamb. I went under so quickly I had no idea what was happening. I gripped the log I grabbed hold of so tightly that when I was pulled out I had bark under my fingernails. My brother in law pulled me so easily it was like I was a piece of popcorn. It was that fluid of a movement when he rescued me. Moments before he rescued me though I saw the light. It was bright, warm and welcoming. I felt a sense of peace overtake me. I let one hand go from the death grip I had on that log. Then all of a sudden someone, my brother in law, took my hand and wrenched me from death. I was kind of disappointed because I was ready to go. Apparently it was not my time to go.

I have had a few sessions with animals who are ready to pass on or cross over to the other side. From the experiences I have had so far with my client’s animals, the animals do not have issues with death. “We are not human,” they tell me, therefore they are not attached to life and death. Rather they view their passing as a natural cause and effect. I am at times called in to assist the animal owner so that they know how their pet wants to go. I have provided a sense of calm, peace and security to the animal owner who wants to know what their pet wants and how their pet wants to go. Animals usually love their owners and are attached to them. When our chocolate lab crossed over he made sure I knew that he was still around. In fact I could feel his presence in our house after we had him put down.

Death is a part life one of my clients agreed with me. If we understand that and are prepared for the death of our pets, we can assist them when it is their time to go.

What My Clients Are Saying

"Karen has been instrumental in helping me find a spiritual path.  She's amazing to work with and  I have learned so much!  I have had pet readings, past life regression therapy and healing sessions.  I even got my Masters in Reiki!  It's been a life changer! "   - PB
