Down Time and Divine Timing!

Picture
June 25, 2015

Sometimes things happen to give us a break. Sometimes our circumstances help give us a break. And sometimes our animals say leave me alone, I need a break!

Living in the country always has its setbacks. When I moved to the area I am now in, the real estate agent who listed the property I now own recommended an Internet service. I signed up with them. This recommendation was not the best because my Internet connection has been SO SLOW I could hardly do anything on line. It was annoying because when we need to do something that requires a connection and we don’t have it, then we are not able to do it from home. After a few phone calls and empty promises that the connection would be fixed (they are unable to do this still after over two weeks) I thought well I would just change my focus. I had doors inside my house to paint so paint I did. I also couldn’t do anything with my horse because the person who trimmed him made him so sore I had to leave my gelding alone. Even one of my client’s horses did not want her to work with him so he was cranky with her. All of these events got me to thinking about down time and divine timing. There’s a saying in the spiritual world that everything comes down to divine timing. In other words it means that everything happens when it is meant to. There is a higher power out there. This higher power is in control. We are not in control. What does this mean? When you desperately want to control things and things are NOT going the way you want them to, you have to let go. You are required to sit back and do nothing. Whatever is meant to happen will happen. You are not in control. I know this is a frustrating notion. We are not in control? Really? Yes really.

I know when horses are sore you leave them alone. Both of my horses were sore and cranky. My client’s horse was sore and cranky. I connected with him and he didn’t even want to talk to me. He did accept a distance healing but said I don’t want to talk to you. So when my client connected with me and asked me about her horse’s crankiness I told her that it was best to leave him alone. Then when he came to her, he was ready to move whatever it was that was bugging him. This horse though, had some deep issues. Even he is frustrated that he is still sore! I know what that feels like though. I’ve come off of enough horses and landed hard on the ground to know what it feels like to be really sore. It does eventually go away though. I told this to her horse when I connected with him. We have to be able to let go of whatever we are holding on to. I tell a lot of people about affirmations we can use to let things go. So when we are working with our resistant horses or people, we can say affirmations like, “I am healed,” or, “It is safe for me to let go of this pain.” You can create any affirmation to let go of anything. How do you do this with a horse you’re probably thinking? When I am working with a horse I think the affirmation in to the horse’s energy field. I repeat it often. I will see the statement become anchored in its energy field. When I see that I know that the animal has accepted the affirmation. I talk a lot about seeing things in my third eye. The third eye is an area in the middle of your forehead right above your eyebrows. It is your connection to your intuition. It is here that we receive information about everything we have questions or concerns about. If you are interested in developing your third eye there are many ways you can do this. One of course is through meditation. Another one is to listen to pineal toning on YouTube. People have created and published these toning sessions on YouTube. They are a wonderful way to open your third eye. I caution people though if they have never done work like this. Begin slowly with a short session. If you overdo it, you may experience fatigue or even emotions that have been buried for years!

Working on yourself, opening your third eye, meditating or whatever you choose to do to find out who you truly are will reap great rewards. People often want to know how they can become more intuitive and do what I do. It always takes time. I started working on myself in the 90s. That seems like a long time ago. One day I knew a lot had changed with me. I love what I can do with animals. I love to hear what they have to say. It is not a special talent or ability like some people think it is. Many people can do what I do. It takes time, some guidance, being in the right place and the right time and of course, divine timing!
