Ace & Charlene

Yesterday I had the pleasure of heading about one hour west of where I live to Go Hard Ranch. I was really looking forward to it because talking with horses and their owners is what I love to do. I live for days like these!
Yesterday I had the pleasure of heading about one hour west of where I live to Go Hard Ranch. I was really looking forward to it because talking with horses and their owners is what I love to do. I live for days like these!
Heading out on Highway 16 was not so enjoyable. The wind was so strong it pushed front of my truck often slowing it down making the truck suck back the gas. When I turned off of the highway toward the ranch, I saw the most spectacular sky right over the area where I was heading. It felt like I was driving into a movie or right into a watercolor painting. It was so incredible, truly beautiful!
As I drove I thought, “I hope she has a barn,” and I heard a reply from Spirit, “She does.”
When I drove into the ranch gates I knew why the sky was so incredible. This was an amazing place. It sat right on the shores of a lake. The view was so unreal. Charlene said when I remarked on the beauty, “You should see it in the summer.”
We walked into the barn and there he was. Ace. “I am so pretty,” he told me more than once. I agreed. He was incredibly beautiful. And he knew it. He was sweating. Charlene asked me why he was sweating so much. He’s nervous I told her. He was nervous about what she was going to learn about him.
I began working with his energy field on his left side. He had a lot to heal, especially in the groin area. As I sent healing energy to his groin, I saw in my third eye that he had a big set of “testi-cojones” as he liked to call them. This boy could speak a bit of Spanish. Ace revealed that in one of his lives he had been a stallion who ran throughout the SouthWest. As the healing energy entered his energy field his “testi-cojones” began to shrink. Soon they were gone. Clearly Ace had been confused about being a gelding. He added that he was a stud more than once prior to this life. He enjoyed being a stud a lot. He was strong, fast and very virile. In this life however, after he was gelded, he was confused. He thought that he was still a stud but didn’t have the goods. Charlene explained that he did act like a stud. He was mixed up he said. He didn’t understand that he was a gelding. His energy did not match his physical body. This energy session would help him accept who he was in this life.
When I went to work on his right side, even though he moved over, he did not want me to work closely on that side so I moved outside of his stall and worked from the outside. I always work with what the horse is comfortable with. Later during our session Ace allowed me to get closer on his right side. He had settled down, wasn’t so nervous and actually said, “This feels good.”
Ace was very spirited, and did not like it when Charlene moved him from a tie stall to a box stall. When he was in there he was agitated, and kept turning around and around. He revealed that he had been shut in box stalls before, had freaked out and busted out of the stall. Stalls made him nervous and shut in. He did not like it at all. She removed him from the box stall and Ace added that the wind made him nervous; the sound of the wind outside made him anxious.
Ace said at the beginning of the session that he loved his mom. Often our animals call their female owners mom. At the end of the session when Charlene asked what Ace would like to do, Ace replied he’d like to try the Cowboy Challenge. The Cowboy Challenge is a course where you ride your horse through a series of obstacles. Ace had a quick mind and was very lively. He said that he’d like Charlene to give him a bit more leg when she was riding him, like guide him more with her legs.
I absolutely love horses like Ace. He was spirited, sensitive, quick and lively. If you can harness energy like that from a horse, you can pretty much do anything with it. He really knew what he liked. He loved his owner. He even said that he liked that Charlene had rubber mats for the horses to stand on in their stalls! What a horse.
