Ever since I was young I was passionate about following my own path as well as the power of the mind and body. Later I found that the spirit has a lot to empower both. This is what led me to be a leader in mind, body, spirit development.
When I was in 1st grade I won the best all around female athlete. This win, even though in a small school, led me to continue to compete and participate in a variety of sports, some of which I would eventually coach. Even though I never truly understood the power of a healthy diet when I was young, my family embodied that by planting and harvesting its own food, eating wild & locally farmed meat and sharing family ties at meal time. My 1st grade teacher told me mom that I was university material. This must have stuck with me as I hold a Masters Degree in Education, an English as a Second Language certificate, certifications as a NCCP volleyball and alpine ski coach, Reiki Master, Conscious Awareness Instructor & Practitioner, & a Past Life Regression Hypnotherapist, and am certified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
I have been working with energy healing since 1997 when I took my first two levels of Reiki training. After my 2nd Degree in Reiki my 3rd eye was wide open further enhancing my psychic abilities. Upon completion of my Reiki master training in 2008, I began to teach all levels of Reiki training. I have been fascinated with hypnotherapy for a long time. I took my PLR hypnotherapy training in 2015 after having three PLR hypnotherapy sessions. I learned so much about myself during those sessions I knew I had to become a hypnotherapist. Physical fitness is important to me. I began weight training in 2018, loved it so much that I enrolled in a program to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
